Dallas Morning News (Press) –Yellow Cab thinks greener with hybrids. The Camry is the first gas-electric hybrid in Yellow Cab's fleet. The company hopes to add 10 to 15 hybrids to its fleet in the coming months, and by 2011 it hopes to replace every car with a cleaner-burning one. The North Central Texas Council of Governments is hosting a Greening Regulated Fleets workshop on August 15, 2007, and at the same time is planning a press event with Yellow Cab.
The City of Dallas invited EPA Region 6 to co-moderate a discussion at Starbuck’s National Day of Discussion – Solutions to Climate Change on August 15, 2007 at 7pm.
